”What I wouldn’t do for my kid” may be bad for your kid
To start off, I want to you keep in mind that you are raising adults, not children.
How can you expect your child to move on to become an adult when you are busy 24/7 doing things for them that they can actually do for themselves?
On this podcast I am going to tell you a story of a mom who is with her child 24/7, and talk about the results of such a relationship. Believe it or not, parents who do for kids what they can do, are doing their kids a disservice! They are actually disabling and making their kids weak!
You’d be surprised how much your three, five, eleven year-old can do! Let them struggle, so they will grow!
